In order to qualify for a full refund of your money, should you, as the client, request it:

• You must have met all agreed upon timelines for all assignments.  This means that:

  • All assignments must be fully completed as requested and submitted to me by the agreed upon time and date. If assignments are missing any requested information and/or additional follow-up for information that was already requested is required, which could delay program timelines, then you no longer qualify for a full refund.

• You must have met all agreed upon timelines for all coaching sessions/calls.  This means that:

  • All coaching sessions/calls must be fully attended and on-time for the agreed upon time and date. If a client is late and/or does not show up to a coaching session/call, cancels a coaching session/call, and/or requests to reschedule a coaching session/call, then you no longer qualify for a full refund.

  • Emergency situations that lead to a client being late and/or not showing up for a coaching session/call, cancelling a coaching session/call, and/or requesting to reschedule a coaching session/call will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be up to the discretion of myself as your coach if a full refund, partial refund or no refund will be given to you.​

• You must be able to showcase all "work" you have completed during the 21 days in this program. This includes:

  • Documents included in your "welcome package" have been signed and submitted back to me by the agreed upon timeline.

  • Requested information on assignments given have been fully completed and submitted to me by the agreed upon timeline.

  • Notes you have taken during coaching sessions/calls with me must be submitted as proof of "work."

  • Edits, feedback, notes, questions and concerns regarding the draft version of your resume package have been indicated on all the resume draft package documents. These documents have further been provided to myself for reference at least 1 business day before the scheduled feedback coaching session/call with you.

  • You can provide at least 3 active job posting samples you have found that you feel you would qualify for based on the provided draft resume package produced for you. Please include links to all active job posting samples as well as a copied and pasted description of the full job posting in a Word document to be submitted to me as proof of "work."

• If you purchased this program through the "payment plan" option, you must have:

  • Adhered to and met all agreed upon payment dates and times as directed through the assigned payment schedule.
